Dear Members of the SHPHK,

The SHPHK has received reports from members that the 3-year subscription of PDA Version of Lexi-Comp App, including Lexi-Drug + Lexi-Interact + Lexi-CALC, has expired on 31st December 2012 instead of the expected 31st December 2014.

We have urgently requested Lexi-Comp to investigate and re-activate all relevant codes for our members.

The Lexi-Comp Service Support has finished the investigation and decided to provide another set of 200 activation codes to all our subscribed members to completely solve the problem. New codes will be sent to members through individual email address by SHPHK and the new codes will last until the normal expiry date on 31st December 2014.

We have also noticed that, on the other hand, some of our subscribed members experienced NO problem on their use of the Lexi-Comp App. This has also been reported to Lexi-Comp and the company recommends ALL users to re-activate their accounts with new codes again regardless of the current situation. This is the best way to eliminate any potential access problem during our frontline work.

In this connection, all members are reminded to re-activate the App on or before 31st January 2013, as the original registration will be automatically expired after January.

The instruction for re-activation will be sent together with the re-activation codes. At the meantime, SHPHK is handling the logistics and please stay tuned on your email accounts for the coming week.

Thank you for your support to the SHPHK.
