How freq do you see Dr. mis-prescrible aluminium hydroxide tablet as TRIACT after "Triact re-naming"?
As both "TRIACT" and "Aluminium hydroxide chew tab 500mg (Alusorb" are common ward stock items in hospitals, what will nurse administer to patients if Dr. write "Aluminium hydroxide tablet 1 tab TDS"?
