What's the problem the pharmacists are facing now?

I'm a Form 6 student, and I have applied Pharmacy through EAS,
It seems that the future of pharmacy is quite gloomy..

But what actually is the problem now pharmacists in Hong kong are facing now?

(Anyway, the admission grade is so high that it seems to be impossible for me to be admitted..)
