Pre-registration exam

I am currently a 4th year pharmacy student in the uk. For personal reasons, I need to go back to HK immediately and will not be able to do pre-registration training in the uk after graduation. Can I stll sit for the registration exam in hk without being a registered pharmacist in the uk? Alternatively, is it possible for me to do my pre-reg training in hk? How can I find information about this and how do i apply?
Would be really grateful if anyone can help me on these.... thx.

Pre-registration exam
It is the best to obtain the membership of Royal Pharmaceutical Society before coming back H.K.
You have to ask whether Pharmacy and Poison Board allow you to sit for the exam first if you insist not to finish your pre-registration in U.K.
But previously, overseas students are difficult to find a pre-registration training in H.K.
