How can I find a job in HK?

I'm currently practising in Aust and planning to come back HK. I've just completed the HK registration exam in june and waiting for the result. I've tried different employment websites but there are 0 jobs for hospital/community pharmacist. I wonder how the pharmacists in hk find their jobs. Can anyone provide me some useful information please? Are there any associations I have to join to obtain the employment information? Thank you very much :)
