Hospital pharmacist in HK

Can anyone tell me about the roles of hospital pharmacists in HK? As from a few HK hospital websites that i've read, I've noticed that pharmacy department in hospitals takes part mostly in pharmaceutics preparation and dispensing. I am just wondering if pharmacists in HK involve in clinical pharmacy at all? As in UK, there're pharmacists in wards to help with diagnosis and deciding best drug treatment options, also check for drug interactions, patient compliance, as well as doing wound care and so on... Do hospital pharmacists in HK do these? If they do, does it happen in every hospitals in HK or just the big ones do? Are pharmacists classified into hospital pharmacist and clinical pharmacist in HK at all? Thanks a lot!
