HELP! EXAM on JUNE 1st!

Hi everyone

I'm doing legislation exam on June 1st

Can anyone please explain to me what the difference between Schedule 1 and 3 substances are?

As far as I can tell, most of Schedule 1 and 3 are in both schedules

So as far as Section 22 is concerned (i.e. just need to know the patient, recording ID etc) only applies to a few drugs (the ones NOT in Schedule 3)

So, what is the function of Schedule 1?
