Hybrid Seminar on Update in Anaesthesia (16 December 2021)

The Society of Hospital Pharmacists of Hong Kong (SHPHK) will be organising a hybrid seminar on Update in Anaesthesia on 16 December 2021.

Physical participation (Lecture + Dinner) -- FULL

-          Venue: Anita, 2/F, Eaton Hotel, 380 Nathan Road, Kowloon, Hong Kong.

-          Seats for physical participation are limited (on a first come, first served basis only)

-          Must use the “LeaveHomeSafe” mobile application or complete the record form before entering the venue.

-          An e-certificate issued by SHPHK will be sent to all pharmacists by email after the event.

Virtual participation

-          Webinar tool: ZOOM (ZOOM link will be sent to successful applicants by email)

-          An e-certificate issued by SHPHK will be awarded to pharmacists who have passed the online post-programme assessment (10 MCQs) within 21 working days. The pass mark for the assessment is 50%. The link to the post-programme assessment will be sent to you by email after the seminar.

For this event, participants are eligible to receive 1 CEU by the Pharmacy Central Continuing Education Committee. 

HA pharmacists with an e-certificate can also earn 2 CEUs upon completion of the seminar.
