The 37th SHPHK Annual General Meeting cum Educational Seminar 2024

This is a warm reminder of the 37th SHPHK Annual General Meeting (AGM) cum Educational Seminar 2024. Dinner will be served during the event. (Voting members only)

Date:  19^th July 2024 (Friday) 

Time: 19:00 – 21:00.

Venue: Function Room 2-3, 3/F, The Mira Hong Kong, 118 Nathan Road, Tsim Sha Tsui

If you cannot attend the AGM, and you may cast your vote by completing an electronic proxy form available on the Society’s website (https://shphk.org.hk/en/surveys.php?page=1) or by scanning the QR code on the event poster. The e-Proxy is a simple and convenient way to submit your proxy forms within a minute. Alternatively, you may return a hard copy of your proxy form to us on or before 18^th July 2024 (Thursday).

(Note: Each member should submit only one proxy form. Duplicate submission of electronic /paper will be excluded).
